Searching for restrooms in public spaces can be frustrating - available information is often incomplete, it’s challenging to know where nearby facilities are located, and even when you finally find one, it may turn out to be unsuitable or unusable.

User Study
I conducted a qualitative study to examine whether people actually face difficulties when searching for restrooms, and if so, what challenges they encounter.
Results shows that
-Most participants use public restrooms several times a month.
-Nearly half reported that they cannot find a solution on their mobile device. and therefore ask people or businesses on the street, which prolongs the search time and is not very efficient.
-Additionally, there is a clear need to know the cleanliness and safety level of restrooms before visiting them.
